Second Saturday

The Second Saturday is a monthly event started in 2025 at the Chadds Ford Village Barn Shops. The village is an idyllic slice of historic chester county, a stone's throw from the Brandywine River Museum, Chadds Ford Historical Society and Longwood Gardens.


Every Second Saturday of the month, local artists pop up for the day, typically 9am-5pm. We feature different workshops throughout the year, integrating arts, crafts, wellness and community.


In the colder months, indoor spaces throughout the Village are utilized. In the summer, the whole grounds become available, offering space for a full canopy/tent setup.


In 2026, we seek to incorporate more aspects of live performance, including but not limited to music, open mics, poetry reading, theater and dance.
