Astral Flow yoga: 3-4:15pm, donation
A watery inward flow to help support the current cosmic weather. The seeds of expansive love and relational expressions will be planted in our bodies as we move through our yoga practice. We will end with time to reflect on what expands your heart and intentions for expressing your destiny.

Tea & Fire: An Outdoor Tea Salon Experience
Step into a quiet pocket of the garden and be received into a seated tea experience centered around warmth, beauty, and presence. Tea is prepared slowly over live charcoal, allowing each infusion to unfold with intention and care. Guests are guided to engage the senses-aroma, temperature, texture, and taste-while settling into a more spacious rhythm.
This is not a lecture or a formal ceremony, but a gently guided experience designed to help you arrive more fully into the moment. Conversation is welcome, though many find themselves naturally drawn into a quieter, more reflective state as the tea progresses.
Ideal for mothers and daughters, friends, or anyone wishing to share a meaningful pause together, this experience offers a moment of calm and connection within the liveliness of the day.
Each seating is limited to preserve intimacy.
Pamela Lee is a Philadelphia-based artist and facilitator whose work centers on creating environments of beauty, presence, and connection. Drawing from over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation, along with years of study in traditional Chinese tea practice, she designs sensory experiences that invite participants into a more refined awareness of their bodies, their surroundings, and each other. Her approach is grounded yet artful-less about instruction, and more about guiding people into a direct experience of stillness, subtlety, and shared presence.
